Welcome to the Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority
The mission of the Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority (TBRDA) is to provide 911 emergency and non-emergency communications services to our public safety partner agencies and community so they can both deliver and experience a safe, accurate, and timely response.
Our Public Safety Telecommunicators (PST’s) is Certified by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and licensed by the New Mexico Emergency Medical Services Bureau to perform pre-arrival instructions during medical emergencies.
Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority provides dispatch and emergency communications functions for all emergency response agencies of the City of Alamogordo, Cloudcroft, High Rolls Mountains Park, Bent, La Luz, Maryhill, Orogrande, Pinon, Sacramento, Timberon, Weed, and Tularosa.
Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority provides personnel, training, and equipment necessary to ensure the most rapid response possible to any threat to life, limb, or property to the citizenry of Otero County.
In addition, Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority provides necessary National Crime Information Center data to all officers requesting such assistance and possessing the statutory authority to do so.
In the event of a natural or man-made disaster, Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority performs the role of the Emergency Communications Network for disaster response, relief, and recovery.
Emergency Responder Safety will always be the first and foremost priority for Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority and its employees. Additionally, Tularosa Basin Regional Dispatch Authority will never lose sight of the fact that the citizens of Otero County entrust their safety and well-being to our care.
