letter "B" refer to Sealed Bids. Those starting with the letter "R"
refer to 'Request For Proposals'.
Those starting with the letter "Q" refer to written Quotes.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT BIDs/RFPs and RFQs
Many times before 'Bids' or 'Request For Proposals' are accepted by the County Commission, an addendum or change in the specifications is released. Registration is the only way we will know who has an incomplete or inaccurate set of specifications. Click on the Bid or RFPs Notice Document I.D. number, (I.D.'s starting with the letters 'B' or 'R' respectively), to view the published notice. From the Notice screen you will be given the option return here or to register and receive a .pdf copy of the full Bid/RFP specification via E-mail. A completed Bid/RFP MUST be returned to our office, by the date and time specified in the document specifications, via the US Mail or other carrier of your choice such as FedEx, Airborne, UPS, etc.
To view an RFQ document, click on the RFQs Document I.D. number, (I.D.'s starting with the letter 'Q'). A .pdf document will be presented for your viewing and/or printing. A completed RFQ MUST be returned to our office, by the date and time specified in the RFQ, via E-Mail, FAX, the US Mail or other carrier of your choice such as FedEx, Airborne, UPS, etc.
Click on the 'Bid Tabulation' number to view and/or print the bid tabulation. Use the 'BACK' option on your browser to return to this screen after viewing and/or printing the selected document(s).
