STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

• To provide efficient, effective, and reliable 24-hour per day, 7-day a week service to all departments and end users using any Otero County computer system or related automation.

• To provide assistance to Otero County departments by reviewing new technological developments and recommending plans of action to integrate that technology to the benefit of all departments and the taxpayers of Otero County.
   

• To develop policies and procedures to protect the integrity and security of data maintained on Otero County computer systems and provide data access to Otero County constituents.
